Omar Quintero
President / Founder
Omar Quintero is the President of Encentric, Inc. In this role, he continues to lead his organization in niches areas of End User Device Management, Government specific mission Applications Software Development, and Enterprise IT Infrastructure Management, to provide high valuable expertise to Encentric’s clients. Mr. Quintero continues process and organization improvement have lead Encentric to be an Agile and Cloud managed organization, with CMMI and ISO industrial certifications.
Mr. Quintero has over 19 years in the IT industry and holds a Master in Telecommunications and Computers from George Washington University; a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering; and over the years got certified in multiple software technologies and industry standards. He is a triathlete, avid mountaineer, and a private pilot SEL.
Daniel McGrath
Chief Executive Officer
As the Chief Executive Officer at Encentric, Inc., Mr. McGrath is a seasoned executive with 27 years progressive and successful leadership supporting both the defense and civilian sectors of the federal information technology (IT) and engineering services marketplace. During his career, Mr. McGrath has lead and advanced the corporate culture and brand; operational performance and profitability; and capability and revenue growth for both publicly and privately held organizations, including Wyle Information Systems (formerly RS Information Systems), RCM Technologies and several small business ventures.
Mr. McGrath holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from St. Francis University and is a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and Air Traffic Controller's Association (ATCA).
Albano Garcia
Chief Financial Officer
As the Chief Financial Officer at Encentric, Inc., Mr. Garcia oversees financial planning, reporting, treasury, and corporate accounting. Before joining Encentric, Inc. he worked as Controller and Director of Finance at multi-million-dollar companies overseas. He brings 18 years of progressive and successful experience across multiple industries integrating forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting activities to drive better business decisions. Mr. Garcia also has specific expertise in strategic planning, treasury management/financial management, creating financial control processes, and building financial models to support a numbers-based framework for decision-making.
Mr. Garcia holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of South Carolina and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
